- During the phone conversation, if the remaining value is enough for one minute airtime only, customer will hear a "bi" alert during conversation.
- After the expiry date, customers can still recharge within 30 days. And, vaild for calling customer service hotline, account enquiry hotline*311 or emergency call 999 service during 30 days. If customers do not recharge during 30 days, SIM card will expire and no reservation of mobile phone number.
Account password： The default password of the prepaid SIM is a 6-digit number, which is printed on the top left of the back of the prepaid SIM card. Customers can change password through IVRS.

Via IVRS Customer can either dial *311 from mobile phone or call customer service hotline 3112 2333, by voice prompt to check the remaining face value. IVRS will prompt the remaining card value and valid date.

IVRS Procedure Supported by operation team
Hong Kong mobile number: Customer service hotline : 3112 2333 is avaliable for fixed line & mobile phone calling. If customer use prepaid card to dial will be free of charge, or dial *311 through mobile phone to connect hotline. Customers need to enter password for processing.
If customer use prepaid card directly call CM account hotline by short code, customer do not require to enter password for verification. If call fail or re-dial, customer still need to enter password for verification.

Service Content
SMS Service Instead of voice call only, customers can use mobile to send text message to keep in touch with your friends in Hong Kong. Miss call alert - it helps customer record any missing call number when they are on phone, miss call, switch off their phone.
Mobile Number Port Out Service In addition, customers could port out the prepaid card mobile number to CM local postpaid or other mobile operators. After port-out, prepaid IDD service & China secretarial service will be cancelled, no refund of card balance.

Prepaid SIM card should be activated before the valid date, which is printed at the jacket of the prepaid SIM card. To activate the service, simply ring *332 to get Hong Kong mobile phone number. Once your prepaid SIM card is activated, a Toll-Free greeting SMS sent to your SIM card shows you the balance and valid date of your airtime.

Uncondition call forwarding and international call forwarding function Customer could forward all incoming call to international phone number (e.g. China number) unconditionaly. Caller to your phone can still hear Hong Kong ringtone, it keeps you confidentially in anywhere.
Press "**21*" + "+" + Country code + Area code + phone number + "#" in your phone
SMS Service Customers can send text message in both Chinese/ English version out from your mobile phone and submit for local friend. For user guide, please check detail instruction of your mobile phone.
Miss Call Alert If your phone is on call, unreach, without signal or switched off, "Miss Call Alert" will record the miss call phone number & send a notice to customer with sender phone number, call received date and time. (e.g. English : Missed Call(Not avaliable now): 2XXX-XXXX. 21:30, 6/4/2002
中文：未接來電: 2XXX-XXXX 21:30, 6/4/2002 )。Customer could register via hotline 3112 2333(Hong Kong) / 9580 3333(China) or short code of *311 with voice prompt.
Unknow incoming call will not show miss call alert. If miss call alert sms cannot reach customer, it will keep for 3 days and delete automatically.
If customer forward all incoming calls to other phone number, miss call alert still send out to customer's phone.
Remote call forward
Activate all incoming call forwarding When customers forget to bring their mobile phone, customer can activate/ cancel all call forwarding functions and change forward phone number through IVR system. The new designated phone number input via IVR system will replace the default setup.
Cancel all incoming call forwarding Customer can cancel this service via IVR system or simply press short code ##21# via mobile phone.
Call forward enquiry To keep the privacy, customer can only use short code *#21# to check the forwarding phone number.
